3. Health Information

Activious is a wellness education platform, not a healthcare provider. Any health-related information you share with us voluntarily — such as your GLP-1 medication, wellness goals, or dietary preferences — is used solely to provide you with relevant educational content and coaching support. This information is never sold or shared with pharmaceutical companies, insurers, or healthcare providers without your explicit consent.

We treat voluntarily shared health information with the highest level of care and discretion.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Activious. Each has its own privacy policy:

MailerLite — email marketing and automation (mailerlite.com/privacy)
Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Netlify — website hosting (netlify.com/privacy)
Google Workspace — business email (policies.google.com/privacy)

We share only the minimum information necessary with these providers to operate our services. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Activious is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email if the changes are material. Your continued use of Activious after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
